Actually, as a result of our (GOGO Ads) shipping error, which led FEDEX to the wrong home, our new customer’s Christmas present to her mom was lost. Our policy is simple, when we make a mistake we quickly own up to it and fix it as fast as we can. No long forms or inquires. No “I’ll get back to you..” Just good old fashioned customer service.
Our new customer will receive an expedited replacement plus a couple of goodies. She, by the way, was a good sport and very understanding. Some of her good nature was in part, a result of her experience with our Live Chat function on our site. Many times, our Live Chat is much faster than calling and waiting for a service rep.
